beIN Sales & Subscription Platform
End-to-end UX for beIN's subscription sales funnel — from landing page to checkout — optimised for conversion across GCC markets in Arabic and English.
Overview
beIN’s subscription acquisition relied on a fragmented online journey that varied by country and was difficult to maintain. This project unified the entire sales funnel — from marketing landing pages to payment confirmation — into a single, conversion-optimised platform.
The Challenge
Six GCC countries, two languages, multiple payment gateways, and three subscription tiers created a complex matrix of user flows. The existing checkout had a 71% abandonment rate at the payment step.

Results
